# §559.2. Articles or fish subject to judicial seizure and condemnation.


The provisions of [9 CFR 329.6 through 329.8](/cfr/9/329.6..329.8.md) governing the judicial seizure and condemnation of carcasses, parts, meat, and meat food products of livestock apply also with respect to the carcasses, parts, and products of fish.
