# §354.109. Fees or charges for inspection service performed under cooperative agreement.


Fees or charges to be made to an applicant for any inspection service which differ from those listed in [§§ 354.100 through 354.107](/cfr/9/354.100..354.107.md) shall be provided for by a cooperative agreement.
