# §332.10. Deselection of ineligible establishments.

- (a) The Administrator will deselect a selected establishment that becomes ineligible to participate in a cooperative interstate shipment program for any reason listed under [§ 332.3(c)](/cfr/9/332.3.md?p=c) of this part.
- (b) An establishment that has been deselected must transition to become an official establishment as provided in [§ 332.11](/cfr/9/332.11.md) of this part.
