# §309.8. Cattle affected with anasarca and generalized edema.


All cattle found on ante-mortem inspection to be affected with anasarca in advanced stages and characterized by an extensive and generalized edema shall be identified as U.S. Condemned and disposed of in accordance with [§ 309.13](/cfr/9/309.13.md).
