# §202.1. Applicability of other rules.


The Rules of Practice Governing Formal Adjudicatory Proceedings Instituted by the Secretary Under Various Statutes, [7 CFR part 1](/cfr/7/part1.md), [subpart H](/cfr/9/subpartH.md), are applicable to all rate proceedings under Sections [304](/cfr/9/304.md), [305](/cfr/9/305.md), [306](/cfr/9/306.md), [307](/cfr/9/307.md) and [310](/cfr/9/310.md) of the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921, as amended, 7 U.S.C. [205](/usc/7/205.md), [206](/usc/7/206.md), [207](/usc/7/207.md), [208](/usc/7/208.md) and [211](/usc/7/211.md), except insofar as those Rules are in conflict with any provision herein.
