The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service regulations relating to availability of information to the public and disclosure of records under [5 U.S.C. 552](/usc/5/552.md), which are set forth in [7 CFR part 370](/cfr/7/part370.md), are incorporated into this subchapter.
