# §1292.6. Interpretation.


Interpretations of [§§ 1292.1 through 1292.6](/cfr/8/1292.1..1292.6.md) will be made by the Board, subject to the provisions of [part 1003](/cfr/8/part1003.md) of this chapter. Interpretations of [§§ 1292.11 through 1292.20](/cfr/8/1292.11..1292.20.md) will be made by the Assistant Director for Policy (or the Assistant Director for Policy's delegate) or the Director.
