# §1292.3. Conduct for practitioners and recognized organizations—rules and procedures.


Practitioners, as defined in [§ 1003.101(b)](/cfr/8/1003.101.md?p=b) of this chapter, and recognized organizations are subject to the imposition of sanctions as provided in [8 CFR part 1003](/cfr/8/part1003.md), [subpart G](/cfr/8/subpartG.md), [§ 1003.101](/cfr/8/1003.101.md) et seq., and [8 CFR 292.3](/cfr/8/292.3.md) (pertaining to practice before DHS).
