# §993.109. Modified definition of non-French prunes.


The definition of non-French prunes set forth in [§ 993.6](/cfr/7/993.6.md) is modified to read as follows: Non-French Prunes means prunes commonly known as Imperial, Sugar, Robe de Sargent, Burton, Standard, Jefferson, Fellenberg, Italian, President, Giant, Hungarian (Gross), and Moyer, produced from such varieties of plums.
