# §989.8. Natural condition raisins.


Natural condition raisins means raisins the production of which includes sun-drying or artificial dehydration but which have not been further processed to a point where they meet any of the conditions for “packed raisins”, as defined in [§ 989.9](/cfr/7/989.9.md).
