# §985.157. Reserve pool requirements.


Pursuant to [§ 985.57(a)](/cfr/7/985.57.md?p=a), on December 1, the Committee shall pool identified excess oil as reserve oil in such manner as to accurately account for its receipt, storage, and disposition.
