# §985.104. Changed classes of spearmint oil.


Pursuant to [§ 985.4](/cfr/7/985.4.md), the classes of spearmint oil contained in that section are changed by deleting the term and definition Class 2 Oil and changing the definition of Class 1 Oil. The changed classes are as follows:
