# §983.72. Contributions.


The committee may accept voluntary contributions but these shall only be used to pay for committee expenses unless specified in support of research under [§ 983.46](/cfr/7/983.46.md). Furthermore, research contributions shall be free of additional encumbrances by the donor and the committee shall retain complete control of their use.
