# §981.21a. Salable almonds.


Salable almonds means those almonds which are free to be handled pursuant to any salable percentage established by the Secretary pursuant to [§ 981.47](/cfr/7/981.47.md) or [§ 981.48](/cfr/7/981.48.md) and, in the absence of a reserve percentage being established for a crop year, all almonds received by handlers for their own accounts during that crop year.
