# §966.51. Recommendations for regulations.


The committee, upon complying with the requirements of [§ 966.50](/cfr/7/966.50.md), may recommend regulations to the Secretary whenever it finds that such regulations, as are provided for in this subpart, will tend to effectuate the declared policies of the act.
