# §958.54. Minimum quantities.


The committee, with the approval of the Secretary, may establish minimum quantities below which onion shipments will be free from the requirements in, or pursuant to, §§ [958.42](/cfr/7/958.42.md), [958.52](/cfr/7/958.52.md), [958.53](/cfr/7/958.53.md), [958.60](/cfr/7/958.60.md), or any combination thereof.
