# §955.113. Fiscal period.


Pursuant to [§ 955.13](/cfr/7/955.13.md), fiscal period shall mean the period beginning January 1 and ending December 31 of each year, except that the fiscal period that began on September 16, 1998, shall end on December 31, 1999.
