# §932.23. Undersize olives and limited use size olives.


Undersize olives means olives of a size which, pursuant to [§ 932.51(a)(3)](/cfr/7/932.51.md?p=a-3), shall be disposed of in noncanning use; and limited use size olives means processed olives of any size which, pursuant to [§ 932.52(a)(3)](/cfr/7/932.52.md?p=a-3), is authorized for limited use.
