# §927.25. Failure to nominate.


In the event nominations are not made pursuant to §§ [927.21](/cfr/7/927.21.md) and [927.22](/cfr/7/927.22.md) on or before June 1 of any year, the Secretary may select members and alternates for members without regard to nominations.
