# §925.51. Recommendation for regulation.


Upon complying with the requirements of [§ 925.50](/cfr/7/925.50.md) the committee may recommend regulations to the Secretary whenever the committee deems that such regulations as are provided in [§ 925.52](/cfr/7/925.52.md) will tend to effectuate the declared policy of the act.
