# §925.24. Failure to nominate.


If nominations are not made within the time and in the manner specified in [§ 925.22](/cfr/7/925.22.md) the Secretary may select the members and alternate members of the committee without regard to nominations on the basis of the representation provided for in [§ 925.20](/cfr/7/925.20.md).
