# §905.23. Selection.


From the nominations made pursuant to [§ 905.22(a)](/cfr/7/905.22.md?p=a) or from other qualified persons, the Secretary shall select 10 members and 10 alternates. At least one such member and their alternate shall be affiliated with a bona fide cooperative marketing organization.
