# §900.29. Deadline for filing exceptions to recommended decisions.


In a Federal milk marketing agreement or order amendatory proceeding, exceptions to a recommended decision under [§ 900.12](/cfr/7/900.12.md) shall be filed with the hearing clerk not later than 60 days after publication of the recommended decision in the Federal Register, unless otherwise specified in that decision.
