# §869.404. Schedule of charges and rates.

- (a) A provider authorized under [§ 869.401](/cfr/7/869.401.md) or [§ 869.402](/cfr/7/869.402.md) must furnish AMS with copies of its current schedule of charges and rates for all services as they become effective.
- (b) Charges and rates assessed any user by the provider must be in effect for a minimum period of one year.
- (c) Providers must furnish AMS and all users a 60-calendar day advance notice of their intent to change any charges and rates.
