# §868.9. Provisions for hearings.


Opportunities shall be provided for hearings either in accordance with the Rules of Practice Governing Formal Adjudicatory Proceedings Instituted by the Secretary under Various Statutes ([7 CFR part 1](/cfr/7/part1.md), [subpart H](/cfr/7/subpartH.md)) or in accordance with FGIS procedures as appropriate.
