# §868.6. Nondiscrimination—policy and provisions.


In implementing, administering, and enforcing the Act and the regulations, standards, and instructions, it is the policy of the Service to promote adherence to the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ([42 U.S.C. 2000a](/usc/42/2000a.md) et seq.).
