# §782.23. Failure to file end-use certificates or consumption and resale reports.


Failure by importers, end users, exporters, and subsequent buyers to file form FSA-750, End-Use Certificate for Wheat, and form FSA-751, Wheat Consumption and Resale Report, as applicable, and retain or maintain related copies and records shall constitute noncompliance for the purposes of [§ 782.19](/cfr/7/782.19.md).
