# §773.22. Loan servicing.


Loans will be serviced as a Non-program loan in accordance with [7 CFR part 766](/cfr/7/part766.md) during the term of the loan. If the loan is not paid in full during this term, servicing will proceed in accordance with [7 CFR part 766](/cfr/7/part766.md), subpart H.
