# §772.17. Equal opportunity and non-discrimination requirements.


With respect to any aspect of a credit transaction, the Agency will comply with the requirements of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Department's civil rights policy in [7 CFR part 15d](/cfr/7/part15d.md).
