# §772.11. Transfer and assumption—IMP loans.


Transfers and assumptions for IMP loans are processed in accordance with [7 CFR part 765](/cfr/7/part765.md). Any remaining transferor liability will be serviced in accordance with [§ 772.9(c)](/cfr/7/772.9.md?p=c) of this subpart.
