# §764.233. Limitations.

- (a) The applicant must comply with the general limitations specified in [§ 764.102](/cfr/7/764.102.md) except [§ 764.102(f)](/cfr/7/764.102.md?p=f), which does not apply to applicants for the CL Program.
- (b) The applicant must agree to repay any duplicative financial benefits or assistance to CL.
