# §761.6. Appeals.


Except as provided in [7 CFR part 762](/cfr/7/part762.md), appeal of an adverse decision made by the Agency will be handled in accordance with 7 CFR parts [11](/cfr/7/part11.md) and [780](/cfr/7/part780.md).
