# §718.106. Non-compliance and false acreage reports.

- (a) Participants who provide false or inaccurate acreage reports may be ineligible for some or all payments or benefits, subject to the requirements of § [718.102(b)(1)](/cfr/7/718.102.md?p=b-1) and [(3)](/cfr/7/718.102.md?p=b-3).
