# §70.52. Prerequisites to packaging ready-to-cook poultry or rabbits identified with consumer grademarks.


The official identification of any graded product as provided in §§ [70.50](/cfr/7/70.50.md) and [70.51](/cfr/7/70.51.md) shall be done only under the supervision of a grader. The grader shall have supervision over the use and handling of all material bearing any official identification.
