# §614.15. Implementation of final NAD determinations.

- (a) No later than 30 days after a NAD determination becomes a final administrative decision of USDA, NRCS will implement the determination.
- (b) Biannually, NRCS must file a report on the status of implementation of final administrative determinations in accordance with [section 14009](/cfr/7/14009.md) of the 2008 Farm Bill.
