# §58.39. Fees for holiday or other nonworktime.


If an applicant requests that inspection or grading service be performed on a holiday, Saturday, or Sunday or in excess of each 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, the applicant shall be charged for such service at a rate determined using the formulas in [§ 58.43](/cfr/7/58.43.md).
