# §56.53. Fees or charges for grading service performed under cooperative agreement.


Fees or charges to be made to an applicant for grading service which differ from those listed in [§§ 56.45 through 56.54](/cfr/7/56.45..56.54.md) shall be provided for by a cooperative agreement.
