# §550.122. Vesting of title.


Title to equipment and supplies and other tangible personal property will vest in the Cooperator as described in 2 CFR [200.313](/cfr/2/200.313.md) and [200.314](/cfr/2/200.314.md), unless otherwise specified in the award. ([7 U.S.C. 3318(d)](/usc/7/3318.md?p=d))
