# §550.104. Competition.


REE Agencies may enter into non-assistance cooperative agreements, as authorized by this part, without regard to any requirements for competition specified in 2 CFR [200.202](/cfr/2/200.202.md) and [200.206](/cfr/2/200.206.md). ([7 U.S.C. 3318(e)](/usc/7/3318.md?p=e)).
