# §51.37. Charges for fees, rates, and expenses.


For each carlot of product inspected, a fee or rate determined in accordance with §§ [51.38](/cfr/7/51.38.md), [51.39](/cfr/7/51.39.md), and [51.40](/cfr/7/51.40.md), and expenses determined in accordance with [§ 51.41](/cfr/7/51.41.md), shall be paid by the applicant.
