# §4290.20. Legal basis and applicability of this part 4290.


The regulations in this part implement Subtitle H of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act, as amended ([7 U.S.C. 2009cc](/usc/7/2009cc.md) et seq.) (“Act”). All RBICs must comply with all applicable regulations, accounting guidelines and valuation guidelines for RBICs.
