# §4288.136. Remedies.


In addition to the steps available under the provisions of §§ [4288.134](/cfr/7/4288.134.md) and [4288.135](/cfr/7/4288.135.md), if the Agency has determined that a producer has misrepresented the information or defrauded the Government, the Agency will take one of the following steps in accordance with [2 CFR part 417](/cfr/2/part417.md):

- (a) Suspend payments on the Contract until the violation has been reconciled;
- (b) Terminate the Contract; or
- (c) **Debarment to participate in any Federal Government program.**
