# §4280.321. Grant and loan servicing.


In addition to the ongoing oversight of the participating MDOs, all grants will be serviced in accordance with applicable regulations, including [7 CFR part 1951](/cfr/7/part1951.md), subparts [E](/cfr/7/subpartE.md) and [O](/cfr/7/subpartO.md), [7 CFR part 3](/cfr/7/part3.md), and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations including, but not limited to, 2 CFR parts [200](/cfr/2/part200.md), [215](/cfr/2/part215.md), 220, 230, and OMB Circulars A-110 and A-133. Loans to microlenders will be serviced in accordance with [7 CFR part 1951](/cfr/7/part1951.md), subparts [E](/cfr/7/subpartE.md), [O](/cfr/7/subpartO.md), and R, and OMB Circular A-129.
