# §4280.19. REDG Grants.


Intermediaries receiving Grants must partially finance a Revolving Loan Fund that the Intermediary will operate and administer, by providing supplemental funds of at least 20 percent of the Grant. Grants are subject to 2 CFR parts [200](/cfr/2/part200.md), [400](/cfr/2/part400.md), 415, 417, 418, 421 as applicable.
