# §4279.162. Strategic economic and community development.


Applicants with projects that support the implementation of Strategic Community Investment Plans are encouraged to review and consider [7 CFR part 1980](/cfr/7/part1980.md), [subpart K](/cfr/7/subpartK.md), which contains provisions for providing priority to projects that support the implementation of Strategic Community Investment Plans on a multi-jurisdictional and multi-sectoral basis.
