# §42.122. Applicability of other procedures.


Whenever appropriate, the procedures for classifying and recording defects in [§ 42.106](/cfr/7/42.106.md) and for appeal inspections in [§ 42.108](/cfr/7/42.108.md) also apply to skip lot sampling and inspection.
