# §370.6. Appeals.


If the request for information made under [§ 370.5](/cfr/7/370.5.md) is denied in whole or in part, the requester may file an appeal pursuant to [§ 1.3(e)](/cfr/7/1.3.md?p=e) of this title. The appeal should be in writing and should be addressed as follows:
