# §3570.87. Grant suspension, termination, and cancellation.


Grants may be suspended or terminated for cause or convenience in accordance with [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) as adopted by USDA through [2 CFR part 400](/cfr/2/part400.md), as applicable.
