# §3570.75. Grantee contracts.


The requirements of 7 CFR [1942.4](/cfr/7/1942.4.md), [1942.17(e)](/cfr/7/1942.17.md?p=e), [1942.17(l)](/cfr/7/1942.17.md?p=l), [1942.118](/cfr/7/1942.118.md), and [1942.119](/cfr/7/1942.119.md) will be applicable when agreements between grantees and third parties are involved.
