# §3560.554. Use of funds restrictions.


Off-farm labor housing loan and grant funds may not be used for any purpose prohibited by [§ 3560.54](/cfr/7/3560.54.md) except [§ 3560.54(a)(1)](/cfr/7/3560.54.md?p=a-1). Off-farm labor housing may be used to serve migrant farmworkers.
